![]() ![]() I hope you take my feedback into consideration and make efforts to improve your seating arrangements to ensure that all passengers can enjoy the journey to its fullest. Offering an incredible view is a fundamental aspect of the helicopter tour experience, and seating passengers in the middle seat of the back of the aircraft contradicts this premise entirely. However, as a customer, I believe it is essential for an aviation company to prioritize the satisfaction of its passengers. I understand that seating arrangements may vary depending on factors such as weight distribution and safety regulations. It felt like a missed opportunity, and I believe it detracted significantly from the overall value of the tour. Instead, I found myself sandwiched between other passengers, unable to fully appreciate the natural wonders that were supposed to be the highlight of the journey. My expectation was to have an enjoyable and memorable experience, taking in the picturesque sights through the helicopter's windows. Unfortunately, being seated in the middle seat completely negated this purpose and left me feeling disappointed throughout the entire flight. The window seats provide an uninterrupted view and allow passengers to capture stunning photographs. One of the main reasons people choose to fly in helicopters is to witness the awe-inspiring landscapes from an elevated vantage point. However, my entire experience was marred by the fact that I was seated in the middle seat at the back of the aircraft, which severely limited my ability to fully appreciate the scenic beauty of the tour. I had booked a helicopter tour with high expectations, hoping to enjoy the breathtaking views from the window during the journey. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent flight I took with your company. Our pilot commentated in both French and English, and all staff very professional and obviously were well versed at they jobs, making you feel in safe hands. Which gave us a real snapshot of the diversity of the landscape of the island. On flying back we flew over the coloured earth park, seven waterfall, the national park and Pieter both mountain. We flew down the west coast over Port Louis and then onto the Le Morne and the underwater waterfall which was breathtaking. The tour was amazing seeing Mauritius from above gave it a new perspective, what a beautiful island. My husband however did get better photos as it was an uninterrupted view without people or door frames etc. Although I was in the middle rear I still had a very good view of everything. You do not get to choose your seat, I believe it's worked out prior on weight. One seat up front with pilot and three in the rear. (There are nice toilets on site, if nature calls before taking off!) There were four seats in the helicopter we went in (presume they are all the same). ![]() The office when we arrived were efficient and safety video thorough. Corail helicopters managed to squeeze us in on a last minute helicopter tour of the island.
